Our client is a well established and reputable hedge fund based in the West End of London managing assets from a global institutional investor base. This is an excellent opportunity to support the global team. The role will provide accurate, efficient and consistent support to the global investor relations team predominantly with regards to marketing, due diligence, fund in- and out-flows and client research material.

Main responsibilities: 
• Maintain/prepare marketing materials and presentations used by the global IR team
• Maintain and improve the data management tools including the client relationship management database and spreadsheets
• Liaise with global compliance to ensure marketing materials and presentations meet regulatory requirements
• Respond to ad hoc investor requests, reporting and analysis
• Liaise with fund administrators and internal teams in order to assist with investor related issues
• Carry out other duties as may be reasonably required.

Candidate Profile
Education
• Degree from a good university. Courses should include math, statistics/quantitative methods and/or engineering

Essential Experience and Skills
• Proven interest in the Financial Markets and Financial Services sector
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong numeracy and quantitative analytical skills
• Proven Word and PowerPoint skills. Experience with producing top quality client presentations
• Proven Excel skills (some programming experience ideal)
• Demonstrable experience within a client-facing team at leading hedge fund or investment bank an advantage (e.g. IB/Corporate Finance, Rates or Equity sales, derivatives marketing)
• Organisational skills and ability to work to the highest standards and levels of accuracy
• Strong English writing skills
• Team player
• Service Attitude – both in dealings with clients and colleagues.
