This is an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join a leading multi billion dollar global hedge fund based in the West End. They are currently looking to hire the first Client Services candidate into a developing business within their group. This offers a wonderful opportunity for the right person to use their initiative and work in a very high calibre team and progress within the business.


Investor Documents Production
• Collate investor newsletter draft copy and input from various teams, make required edits to text as appropriate during sign off process
• Manage the monthly updates to fund marketing material
• Work with the investment teams to enhance the content and analyses of presentations and firm-wide marketing documents (brochures etc.)

• Regularly updating fund-specific AIMA DDQs 
• Completing quarterly/semi-annual or annual bespoke client DDQ requests
• Build familiarity with legal documentation typically required by prospects during due diligence and collation of these materials when required
• Support to Operations team in fielding due diligence questions.

Board Pack Support
• Provide assistance to the Europe Management in the preparation of the quarterly Board Reporting Pack.

Data and Reports and Day-to-day Client Support
• Complete simple and more complex data requests that come through to the Client Servicing team or are delegated to Client Servicing by the Sales team, liaising with the Performance Analyst, Risk, Portfolio Management and Fund Accounting teams as appropriate to source the relevant information
• Responding to investor queries and assisting in the processing of requests, ensuring timely turnaround.
Maintenance of SalesForce Client Relationship Management Software
• Liaise with Client Service team to ensure that SalesForce is adequately maintained
• Respond to ad hoc management queries re: client activity, opportunity pipeline, or investor history
• Monitor meeting/call notes to ensure “action items” are tracked and serviced.
Fund Dealing Process
• Management of the month end shareholder flows process and relationship with the funds’ administrator including:
• Liaising with the funds’ administrator in ensuring the orderly processing of subscriptions/redemptions
• Supporting clients in their submission of the necessary documentation
• Recording redemption requests including acquiring any required internal signatures on waivers
• Management of capital call process for commitment funds.


• 2(+) years’ experience in Client Servicing within the finance industry – there is some flexibility here for the right candidate
• University degree with strong analytical skills. Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Economics preferred
• CIPM, CAIA, or CFA charter holding is a positive.

• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience writing DDQs and RFPs
• Able to analyse data and a sound understanding of complex financial concepts and HF metrics
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to respond to rapidly shifting priorities and operate in a pressured environment
• Strong work ethic (does not balk at performing certain more mundane/administrative tasks)
• Team player
• Good industry knowledge and familiarity with the typical infrastructure of a buy-side firm
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing skills
• Knowledge of SalesForce client relationship management software is a plus.
